We members of Red Sox Nation look at Monday’s game and ask, who was that guy on the bump? Ah yes, we remember from some time in the distant past, i.e. before June 8. 2013, when a similar apparition appeared on a regular basis, every fifth day in fact, and performed his sorcery every time he showed himself to the loyal followers. Is he real or just a figment of our imagination who tempts us from time to time with feats of legerdemain? Only time will tell but it is awe inspiring to the faithful when we get to observe his magic.
