		<description><![CDATA[Amazing presence of mind, altering his approach to enhance run production at age 22.  He doesn&#039;t appear to be shortening up on the bat as many do late in counts with runners on.  Now he needs to figure out how to incorporate his power component without sacrificing his success at bringing runners across home plate.  Even without that inevitable power, he is already a good hitting (and fielding) SS.  What a good recovery from the mess of 2014.]]></description>
