		<description><![CDATA[Clay was the Sox best pitcher in 2015 for more than half a season.  His AAV for that half-season + was, i think, around $11.7, just over half Rick Porcello&#039;s contract.  
IMO, as long as he pitches well for half a season, and gets paid for half a succesfuf season, and is backed by someone like Owens, Johnson, Wright, then everyone wins and we have nothing to complain about.   120 above average innings for 11.7 as a baseline is a beautiful thing.
