I definitely think they should take that option and look for a trade in the off season. Provided that he continues to look good down this final stretch. If teams low ball and aren't willing to give up anyone realistic they can always hold onto him for one more season. With his inconsistency he'll probably pitch to a tune of 0.80 ERA for the first half and a 7.00 ERA in the second. No matter what happens in the off season they have to be happy to have him right now. He filled that injury void and will help the bullpen. Plus no one really knows what we'll be getting out of Wright and ERod upon their returns. If either one drops the ball.... Over the plate :p... They may need Buchholz to start again.
